Branded design template system
I regularly maintain the library of designer templates and update as needed for brand or best practice updates (i.e. changes in social media, etc). Some of the (Canadian) brand guidelines and templates I've developed have been implemented at the Global level. Most recently, I've redeveloped our full set of design templates and style to match with a new brand strategy. Working with creative from an agency, I have developed new brand assets, best practices, templates and guidelines for the team to build out new creative.
Powerpoint templates & Templafy
I work ongoing on developing the firm template for Canadian usage and template slides and pages. The Templafy plug-in is used firmwide so that users can access slide templates directly from Powerpoint. Since the new BDO brand and PPT has been launched, I've also developed custom templates and slides dedicated to certain groups so they can have confidential areas to build out additional slides and content.
Templates for Campaign concepts and presentations
I developed a presentation template to guide designers in creating design campaign concepts. The template includes instructions and tips on how to prepare the presentation, as well as a variety of mock-ups to show how concepts will look. This template allows designers to show their research and expertise in the subject matter and design, as well add a level of professionalism to presentations.

Accessible Designs
Canadian regulations are very strict in terms of accessibility best practices. We have done a lot of work to ensure all of our digital materials, including the website, videos, social media, and PDFs are meet WCAG standards.
Bilingual Designs
Canada requires all marketing materials to be created in English and French, so consideration of how different languages will work within designs and templates is always top of mind when creating projects.
